Build the packing list
A packaging order is easier to check when every finished gift has a packing list. Record the bag, tissue, insert, card and any ribbon as separate lines. Paper gift bags that look similar may have different usable depths. Test the heaviest combination and the way the handles sit before approving a bulk order. Keep an assembled example as the reference for the team doing the packing.
Organise artwork and assembly
Give each artwork version a clear name and state which bag receives it. A campaign with several branches may need one shared logo but different inserts or cards. Plan where assembly will happen, who supplies the contents and how completed gifts will be transported. Ask for packing quantities and carton dimensions when storage or courier collection needs to be arranged.
Prepare the enquiry
For gift packaging and paper gift bags, send the selected product reference, quantity and delivery area together. Add photographs, dimensions or a configuration list where they explain the requirement. Separate essential features from preferences so alternatives can be assessed properly. Review the final quotation against that brief, including VAT treatment, included components, additional work and the proposed delivery arrangement.
